REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
At Multiverse Gifts, we value your satisfaction with our products and services. If you find that you have changed your mind about a product you have purchased from us, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund, excluding the shipping costs. However, please note that items that are personalised or made-to-order are non-refundable, except in cases where they are faulty. We understand the importance of clarity when it comes to our exchange policy, and we kindly ask that you carefully review our conditions of exchange and adhere to them to ensure that your exchange request is processed promptly and efficiently.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
BY POST
1. Carefully package the product up with your completed Returns Form attached.
2. A Returns Form is obtained by contacting our customer care team at support@multiversegifts.com.
3. Send your returns to the address provided on the Returns Form.
The purchase price (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the item in original condition.
CONDITIONS OF REFUND/EXCHANGE
• Contact our customer care team at support@multiversegifts.com to initiate a returns/exchange request with supporting documentations.
• Item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Proof of purchase and proof of return shipment (e.g. Tracking ID) is provided.
• Proof of damage or defect (if applicable, e.g. Photographic evidence) is provided.
• The returned item is unused with original packaging.
• Returned item is not a Gift Voucher or Personalized / Monogrammed item.
• Returns are fully compliant with our Returns Policy.
There are certain situations where refunds are not granted (if applicable).
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Returns without prior communication with our customer care team.
• Orders that are returned directly to the manufacturer / sender on the original shipment package.
• Returns without a valid Returns Form and Returns Authorization ID issued by our customer care team.
OTHER INFORMATION
We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect shipping address you have provided. You will be responsible for additional costs incurred to re-ship your order to the correct address.
Our Returns Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@multiversegifts.com with your order number and details about the issue. We will investigate the matter promptly and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
Please be aware that the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, but we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you. To ensure that we receive your returned item, we recommend using a registered and/or trackable postage service for all exchange claims. For items with a value exceeding $75, we require that you use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance.
We understand the importance of timely exchange delivery, and we will make every effort to dispatch your exchange as soon as we receive and inspect the return package. However, please keep in mind that slight delays may occur due to postage times and our fulfillment backlog. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding in this regard.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or sender address printed on your shipment package unless you are authorized by our customer care team to do so.
Please note: If you choose to return an item without a valid Returns Form and Returns Authorization ID, you are doing so at your own risk. We do not take responsibility for and do not reimburse the costs of unauthorized returns.
