Is my personal information safe with you?
Absolutely. At Multiverse Gifts, we take your privacy seriously. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information regarding the information we collect. We use high-level SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology which is the most advanced security measure currently available for online transactions. Multiverse Gifts does not store your personal credit card information on our servers.

Does Multiverse Gifts actually ship my products?
Multiverse Gifts does not ship any of your orders. Our trusted partners ship the products from their warehouses directly to you. If you have any questions or concerns, we can be reached at support@multiversegifts.com.

Where are your products shipped from?
Our products are shipped from a few different locations; this may cause some of the items in your order to arrive separately.*Duties, taxes, and/or import fees are not included in our cost of shipping.

I've placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?
Since we have different dispatching warehouses, we don't have all the items in one place. So when you order multiple items at a time, each item may be shipped and arrive separately to your address depending on its dispatching location. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

How quickly will my items arrive?
Please allow two to four full weeks for the order to arrive after it has been processed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, typically in the early morning or afternoon. Our retail partners have different cut off times so shipping will vary. 

Please note that factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time. We have no influence on delivery delays due to safety measures of the customs authorities, or other possible delays after dispatching your order. 

Can I get a refund on my shipping cost?
Unfortunately we cannot refund you on shipping costs. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.

My order didn’t go through, but I think you have charged me?
When you enter your card details to pay for your order, your bank automatically deducts the money from your available balance. However it is not actually taken from your account until the order is sent. If you have any questions or problems, please contact us at support@multiversegifts.com.

How can I track my delivery?
After you have made your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order. This usually takes 5-10 days from date of shipment. Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers and may not have a tracking number.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Of course! We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Changes or cancellations to your order for delivery can be made by contacting us at support@multiversegifts.com with your name, order number, and any changes that you would like us to make. Note: Changes and cancellations should be made within 2 hours after an order is placed. If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to it.

Can I get my purchase gift wrapped from Multiverse Gifts?
We do not offer gift wrapping services at this time.

How do I return or exchange an item?
Multiverse Gifts is committed to ensure that you are happy with your shopping experience. If you're not happy for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please refer to our Returns Policy for detailed instructions regarding this. For assistance in refunds/exchanges, please contact customer care at support@multiversegifts.com.
