At Multiverse Gifts, we work with multiple trusted partners to ensure timely delivery of your order. As a result, some items may be shipped separately from different locations. Please note that duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in our shipping costs and may vary depending on your location. We strive to provide transparency and are happy to answer any questions you may have about your order.

At Multiverse Gifts, we have a network of dispatching warehouses that are strategically located for faster and more efficient shipping. As a result, when you order multiple items, each item may be shipped from a different location and arrive separately at your address. Please be assured that even if your items arrive at different times, they are all on their way to you.

Please allow two to four full weeks for the order to arrive after it has been processed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, typically in the early morning or afternoon. Our retail partners have different cut off times so shipping will vary. Typically, orders are delivered within 7-20 business days after processing.

If you require your order by a specific date, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products, and to ensure this, we conduct regular quality control checks. Occasionally, we may need to reorder stock or replace a printed garment that doesn't meet our standards. We will keep you informed of any changes that may affect your delivery date.

Please be aware that factors beyond our control, such as delayed logistics or customs clearances, may impact delivery times. Unfortunately, we cannot influence delays caused by customs authorities or other unforeseen circumstances after your order has been shipped.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you notice any errors in your shipping address. We are happy to help change your delivery address, as long as your order has not already been shipped.

In the event that an incorrect shipping address has been provided and the item has already been dispatched, we offer the option to have it reshipped for an additional fee, consisting of a reshipping charge and service fee. Please note that the exact charges may vary depending on the product.

The fit of our items may vary depending on the brand, and some items may be designed with unisex sizing which tends to be more similar to men's sizing, but not excessively so. Conversely, other items are specifically tailored to women's sizing.

We kindly advise you to carefully consult the size chart provided in the listing, either in the product description or in the size chart photo, before placing your order to ensure a proper fit.

If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@multiversegifts.com with your order number and details about the issue. We will investigate the matter promptly and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.

When submitting your card details to complete your purchase, your bank will automatically reserve the funds from your available balance. Please note that while the funds are reserved, they are not yet debited from your account until the order is dispatched. Upon shipment of your order, if a tracking number is included, you will be provided with the relevant tracking details. These tracking details will enable you to conveniently monitor the delivery status of your order. Kindly allow sufficient time for your tracking status to become available on the system, which may vary based on the selected courier service.

Of course! We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Changes or cancellations to your order for delivery can be made by contacting us at support@multiversegifts.com with your name, order number, and any changes that you would like us to make.

Note: Changes and cancellations should be made within 2 hours after an order is placed. If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to it. We also retain the right to decline your exchange at our sole discretion in case of suspected fraud.

We do not offer gift wrapping services at this time.
